Responsibility
- multi drop deliveries througout London averaging 20 drops per day
- average of 5 to 6 hours to complete the route
- load and unload small to medium sized goods
- load and unload freight and materials using pallet jacks and other equipment
- transport goods to designated locations
- follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Requirements
- previous experience driving, commercial vehicles, or buses preferred
- previous experience driving dump trucks, commercial vehicles, or buses preferred
- friendly manner
- familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks
- excellent driving record with a valid driver's license
- ability to handle heavy hauls and operate manual transmission vehicles
- strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
