- providing a friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for enquiries

- the role of Customer Service & Virtual Receptionist is key in providing support to the business
- representing our brand and brand values effectively by delivering excellent customer service at every touch point
- monitor team email account on a daily basis
- you’ll be the first point of contact for internal communications using a variety of platforms
- answering incoming phone calls, handling queries directly and, where relevant handing over to other teams
- assisting in developing and refining internal processes in order to ensure the teams’ ability to meet agreed standards
Requirements
- fluent in English
- excellent communication skills
- previous experience in an Customer Service / Receptionist / Administration role
- previous experience in customer service
- strong attention to detail
- experience in converting enquiries to sales would be advantageous
- the ability to manage your own workload and work well as part of a team
- strong IT skills
