Responsibility

  • providing a friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for enquiries
  • data processing and following up referrals as required
  • the role of Customer Service & Virtual Receptionist is key in providing support to the business
  • representing our brand and brand values effectively by delivering excellent customer service at every touch point
  • monitor team email account on a daily basis
  • you’ll be the first point of contact for internal communications using a variety of platforms
  • answering incoming phone calls, handling queries directly and, where relevant handing over to other teams
  • assisting in developing and refining internal processes in order to ensure the teams’ ability to meet agreed standards

Requirements

  • fluent in English
  • excellent communication skills
  • previous experience in an Customer Service / Receptionist / Administration role
  • previous experience in customer service
  • strong attention to detail
  • experience in converting enquiries to sales would be advantageous
  • the ability to manage your own workload and work well as part of a team
  • strong IT skills
