Responsibility
- to advise customers on refinish products in store and over the phone
- to take orders and booking out if invoices
- help with daily running of trade counter / warehouse
- border Automotive is a family run refinishing factors in Shrewsbury, proud to be in business for over 30 years. We are well established in the locality of Shropshire but supply a larger area with our delivery service
- over the past few years we have concentrated on improving our business with the products and service we provide, through this we have succeeded in growth and we are always looking at moving forward with our business
- we are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team, the candidate will provide customer service in terms of advising customers on products and will work closely with team members to insure the smooth running of daily business
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- familiarity with the painting process
- understanding of the refinish industry
- sales experience or trade-counter experience
- basic computer skills are necessary
- good manner with customers over the phone and in store
- the ideal candidate would have experience with MAMS software
