Responsibility
- lead and inspire the store employees to achieve monthly targets and complete objectives
- developing and maintaining relationships with customers through high quality customer service
- maintain and monitor the progress of store staff and sales performance
- training, coaching and developing your team while acknowledging & rewarding fantastic performance
- generate performance reports for analysis on store staff KPIs
- working with other departments throughout the company to develop operational performance
- manage key store customer accounts and continually develop relationships with our loyal customer base
- working with the marketing team to develop local marketing opportunities
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years sales experience
- experience of leadership
- experience of leading a team to attain targets consistently
- experience of leading a team to complete objectives
- experience of providing training and coaching
- A minimum of 4 years retail/sales experience
- technology driven, excitedly awaiting, embracing and understanding the latest technology in the DJ and electronic music production sector
- A minimum of 1 year leadership experience
