  • take a proactive role in the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, conducting interviews, and on boarding new staff members
  • track payments and follow up on outstanding debts to ensure accurate financial records
  • manage invoicing
  • oversee bookkeeping tasks to support financial reporting
  • handle payroll responsibilities

Requirements

  • proven experience in administration roles
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in using office software
  • attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and payroll
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • prior experience in the education or childcare sector is a plus
