Responsibility
- assist the Property Manager in daily administrative tasks
- handle phone calls and inquiries from leaseholders and contractors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- assist with lease advice
- coordinate maintenance requests
- provide excellent customer service to leaseholders, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise
- arrange and attend AGM's
- organising budgets, major works and other day to day management tasks
Requirements
- strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- knowledge of property management is a plus
