Responsibility

  • contacting Primary Schools and educators via phone to introduce our workshops and explain the benefits
  • building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with potential workshop participants
  • providing detailed information about workshop content, objectives and timings
  • handling enquiries, responding to enquiries and questions and providing exceptional customer service
  • recording and maintaining accurate records of interactions and booking leads
  • collaborating with the bookings team to meet and exceed targets
