quality manager
Responsibility
- to ensure all inspection procedures and all moulded products conform to customer specifications at each stage of the production process
- to ensure that quality requirements are meet at each stage of the production process from APQP to Final Approval
- to be able to generate PPAP reports to Levels 1,2 and 3, Cap studies and ISIR’s
- to develop various test methods in accordance with customer requirements
- to set out training programs, train and develop all Quality personnel under your control
- to generate related KPI reports on a monthly basis directly related to the Quality Assurance Department
- to carryout APQP Planning on all new products introduced to the company
- to have a full understanding of the TS16949 Quality Standard and be able to operate, maintain and review the quality system to the requirements of the standard
