Responsibility
- managing all practical training requirements and external course bookings
- maximize the marketing and promotional opportunities to support the development of training to the hard to reach
- schedule resources and programmes and share with staff and volunteers
- building and maintaining effective links with training providers
- to ensure systems are accurate and continuous improvement measures implemented
- delivering in-house training sessions when required, including compliance refresher training
- maintain the Training Matrix
- continuously review all training programmes for quality, relevance and currency
