Responsibility
- strategic Development – Proactively research all major ecommerce marketplaces to identify opportunities and determine requirements for participating
- rich Content – Collaborate with team to develop rich content to improve conversion performance across individual listings and store shop fronts
- product – Work across departments to ensure new products are also launched on relevant
- performance – Highlight any issues across marketplace service performance. E.g. tracking not uploading, deliveries missing dispatch date etc
- competitor Analysis – Monitor competitors across marketplaces and scope opportunities to maintain and expand market share
- operational – Communicate across supply chain and operations regarding any changes and new set-ups which require additional work or information
- set-up – Independently scope the requirements for setting up on new marketplaces. Work hands-on across departments to deliver these requirements efficiently and effectively
- sales Support – Support in any Sales queries or issues
Requirements
- excellent copywriting, creative and always accurate
- analytical skills
- excellent attention to detail
- commercially minded
- experience with email design tools
- results-oriented and highly motivated to succeed
- proactive and always looking for opportunities to improve
- 6 months+ in a marketing role, fashion-based company marketplace experience is a huge bonus and reflected in salary
