- we are looking for a passionate Deputy Manager to join our village preschool
- the role involves supporting the manager to oversee the running of the preschool, including helping to manage the budget, support practitioners and build strong partnerships with children and their families
- we are looking for someone passionate about early years provision, who is dedicated to helping form the foundations of a child's education
- act as the first point of contact for parents/carers and staff
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- relevant Early Years Qualification, Level 3 or above, with significant experience within a nursery/early years setting and exceptional leadership skills
- detailed knowledge of the EYFS and OFSTED Inspection framework
