Responsibility
- to ensure the smooth running of our purpose built service called Bolingo Care Ltd in the west midlands
- to ensure compliance with Bolingo care system, policies and procedures
- to maintain company's existing business and bring more new business for company
- to ensure that there is good communication and effective team building amongst all staff
- ensure successful operating of quality control systems and risk management processes
- to ensure that Bolingo care's Aims & objectives are achieved and to ensure that each client receives care and support which is appropriate to their individual needs
- liaison with client, relatives, representatives and social workers
- to ensure the implementation and compliance of all relevant legislation and regulatory body guidance as well as full compliance with CQC legislation
Requirements
- for you to share our values and passion
- ideally a minimum 2 years experience as manager in Domiciliary care
- A relevant professional qualification in NVQ level 5, or equivalent
- you will possess good time management skills and be IT literate
- you will be committed to reporting on people we support outcomes and organisational KPI reporting
- motivational with leadership skills

- excellent financial skills
