Responsibility

  • supervise various pools, features and flumes, ensuring a fun and safe experience is had by our guests
  • compliant within Pool Safety Operating Procedures and is RLSS NPLQ qualified
  • be a team player with a flexible approach to support the Lifeguard teams as and when required
  • attend ongoing training courses to develop the role and capabilities of team
  • our trainee lifeguard’s deliver exceptional customer service daily, to ensure our guests have a great experience

Requirements

  • A good level of physical fitness
  • adhere to Health and Safety standards at all times
  • can work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • has a flexible approached with a can-do attitude
  • confident, professional with good presentation and motivational skills
  • an acceptable level of swimming ability and able to pass a basic pool swim test prior to commencement of offer of employment
