  • conducts Dimensional Inspections per Design record and documented AQL levels
  • conducts visual Inspections for obvious defects
  • review and Disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per AS9100 and Company Standards. Disposition and control on non-conforming product
  • assist in internal, customer and third-party audits. Identify and communicate opportunities to increase Inspector productivity
  • input Inspection results into Internal database
  • perform Visual inspections for defects

Requirements

  • high School/Diploma
  • associate Degree
  • 0 to 2 years of working experience
  • 2 to 4 years of working experience
  • experience in QA inspection methods and procedures or pass basic inspection exam
  • knowledge of AS9100 Requirements
  • understanding of Six Sigma / team concepts
  • strong analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills
