Responsibility

  • the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include
  • delivering the highest standard of customer care
  • achieving the financial targets and KPI’s
  • managing other retail staff – recruitment, rotas, managing absence, giving feedback
  • ensuring that the store is commercially merchandised, and network with existing and new suppliers to maximise sales opportunities through product selection
  • accountable for stock control and ensuring that appropriate stock levels are met
  • working with the wider team in the House of Boë to maximise opportunities for increased sales
  • efficient day to day running of the retail store ensuring that it is kept attractive and up to date e.g. through window displays
