Responsibility

  • assisting members of the team on duty for set up and during events, moving furniture etc
  • oversee the cleanliness of staff and physical bar area and pay attention to possible hazards
  • organising storage area for bar stock
  • deal with customer feedback
  • work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure profitability
