Responsibility
- to maintain a high quality, safe and well-run attraction delivering an exceptional customer experience
- to manage the daily operations of the farm park ensuring staff have clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and objectives with measurable performance systems in place
- to manage HR matters including recruitment and induction, staff appraisals and performance, disciplinary and grievance procedures in addition to any day to day staff issues
Requirements
- proven event and operations management experience
- experience of creatively developing events from inception to delivery
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to deal with situations in a calm, professional and customer focused manner
- A team player with a collaborative working style with the ability to establish good relationships with colleagues
- highly organised with excellent attention to detail and with ability to multi-task in an orderly and focused way
- pro-active and flexible approach and an ability to use own initiative to resolve problems
- ability to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines with ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities
