Responsibility
- oversee the monthly stock results, order, and manage all bar stock
- have knowledge of current licensing regulations related to alcoholic beverages
- leadership and Communication: Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, managing, training, and leading successful teams with a professional approach

- stock Management: Be accountable for wet stock supplies, stock controls, administration, credits, and monitoring
- oversee producing monthly stock results
- sales and Team Management: Utilise your personality and commercial acumen to motivate your team and boost sales. Manage a busy, high-volume environment, think critically, adapt quickly, and contribute to the fast growth of the business
- you will be responsible for ordering and managing all bar stock
Requirements

- you will possess a real passion for customer service and creating a customer centered environment

- confident communicator on all levels
- you should have at least 5 years experience as a Manager in a branded or high profile environment with high turnover and high levels of service
