  • ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including CQC and OFSTED
  • oversee patient assessments, medical documentation, and care plans for children with diverse medical needs
  • collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans that address both physical and developmental health
  • manage daily operations within the unit ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes
  • provide training and support to staff on best practices within our environment
  • conduct regular evaluations of patient care services to improve quality and efficiency
  • maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Requirements

  • experience with a focus on pediatrics or family planning
  • long-term care experience in assisted living, supported living, CAHMS
  • experience working with children, especially those requiring specialised care such as behavioral health, LD, mental health, DOLS
  • supervisory experience in nurse management or case management roles is highly desirable
  • LEVEL 5 Management is essential
