Responsibility

  • ensure renewal of subscription customers and revenue growth
  • ensure customers are properly supported throughout subscription period, through regular contact
  • onboard new customers
  • offer advice on effective recruitment practice and judicious use of enhancements
  • monitor customer activity and advert performance and provide regular reports
  • seek out opportunities to offer extra value and maximise revenue from client base
  • build relationships at every level and beyond immediate contact
  • gather market Intelligence and Identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • proven sales and/or account management experience in a recruitment advertising business
  • experience of presenting to senior managers/directors
  • able to set up and run reports using job board reporting tools
  • able to demo job board self-service functions
  • excellent numeracy, literacy and verbal communication
