Responsibility

  • arrange and supervise pre-tenancy works
  • arrange and carry out regular property visits year and prepare maintenance report schedules and budgets
  • ensure the properties comply with the health and safety requirements in line with updated legislation
  • coordinate end of tenancy including check-out report review and assessing deductions and deposit release process
  • to co-ordinate and oversee any refurbishment project where applicable
  • to update Arthur software with tasks and work orders
  • archive files/invoices as needed
  • develop portfolio

Requirements

  • the successful applicant has 2 years’ experience in property management or residential property management qualifications
  • property Management: 2 years
