Responsibility

  • performing routine Laboratory functions to support scientific experiments and investigations
  • preparation of Media and reagents
  • maintenance of quality control in compliance with quality systems
  • calibration and maintenance of equipment eg. Pipettes, Incubators, Waterbaths etc
  • ensuring adherence to all SOPs and regulatory guidance
  • identification and escalation of any sources of non-compliance to the Laboratory Manager
  • ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced
  • keep equipment in a clean and serviceable condition and ensure the safe removal of waste
