- to prioritise the daily workload within their team and ensure critical dates are met
- manages supply base relationship
- takes lead in risk assessing individual products and using best practice expertise to meet and surpass customers’ expectations
- responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring direct reports and peers across the businesses
- ensure products are approved and developed in line with critical path to minimise shipment delays
- ensure factory practices and procedures are fit for purpose to minimise failure costs and shipment delays
- minimising returns and cost of quality through effective supplier and product management
Requirements
- garment Technician: 2 years
