Responsibility

  • manage client relationships and ensure that their expectations are exceeded
  • ensure that project milestones and deliverables are clearly defined, communicated and achieved
  • monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management
  • deliver WordPress training to our clients so they can confidently update and manage their websites
  • perform project debriefs with staff and clients to measure the impact of our work and communicate lessons learnt
  • look at ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes for the Digital department
  • develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope and within budget
