receptionist / administrator

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • managing the reception area, including welcoming patients and guests during afternoon clinics
  • managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • sharing the role of billing
  • reconciliations of card payments
  • scheduling patient appointments and assisting with day to day running of the practice
  • performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • this role is working with our Lead office administrator who currently works Mondays, Tuesdays, Wed and Fri am, thus working together and providing feedback to improve internal performance
  • managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
