Responsibility
managing the reception area, including welcoming patients and guests during afternoon clinics
managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
sharing the role of billing
reconciliations of card payments
scheduling patient appointments and assisting with day to day running of the practice
performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
this role is working with our Lead office administrator who currently works Mondays, Tuesdays, Wed and Fri am, thus working together and providing feedback to improve internal performance
managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
