Responsibility
- blue Sky Enabling are a specialist provider of social care support services based in Trowbridge
- we are expanding and developing our services to include a small residential home for adults with LD/ASD and complex behaviour
- we are recruiting for an experienced, qualified Manager who will become Registered Manager of a new small residential home
- the successful applicant must have experience in managing in services for people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour
- due to the nature of the packages preference will be given to suitable female candidates
- they will manage services for 3-6 service users, some of whom will be supported under supported living and some of whom will be in residential placements
- your actual salary will be dependant upon the Level of qualification and years of relevant experience
- we seek someone who will bring dedication and energy to the role, someone to inspire passion, invite co-operation, and who will engage the staff and service users with the organisational culture
