• monitoring stock on hand & identifying stock issues
• entering & reconciling multi currency Purchase Orders

• liaising with the warehouse regarding daily orders & stock queries
• dealing with incoming calls from customers
• producing Price Lists
• invoicing
• some Credit control
• monitoring & maintaining customer ordering system
• general administration to support company directors

Requirements

• experience in dealing with finances would be an advantage
• not essential, but an interest in sport or a willingness to develop product knowledge
• communication skills – confident face to face & on the telephone
