- monitoring stock on hand & identifying stock issues
- entering & reconciling multi currency Purchase Orders
- producing sales & stock reports
- liaising with the warehouse regarding daily orders & stock queries
- dealing with incoming calls from customers
- producing Price Lists
- invoicing
Requirements
- experience in dealing with finances would be an advantage
- not essential, but an interest in sport or a willingness to develop product knowledge
- communication skills – confident face to face & on the telephone
- organised
- happy to work in a small team
- accuracy/ attention to detail
- ability to multi task during busy periods
- reliable & Punctual
