Responsibility

  • blue Light Group is a National company with a local focus providing Security and FM services to clients across the UK
  • working mostly in a small team but occasionally alone
  • in a busy and vibrant town centre
  • building effective relationships with residents, business owners and shoppers Working to reduce crime, antisocial behaviour, vandalism etc
  • we are actively recruiting for security officers to work on our BID ranger projects to provide holiday and ad hoc cover. Based in West Sussex, your role will be as follows
  • reporting directly into local business improvement representatives, you will need to be able to effectively communicate, write detailed and informative reports, work alongside the police and council, and develop your own ideas for how to best make the project work well
  • working to ensure the safety and security of the event as well as protecting its employees, assets, and its visitors at all times

Requirements

  • valid SIA Door Supervisor License
  • experience of working within the Security Industry
  • excellent customer service skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • must have a Valid SIA Door supervisors licence
  • A positive attitude
  • excellent time management skills
  • minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
