Responsibility
- produce and maintain project plans and other project governance documentation
- the Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects and engagements and reports directly to the Directors
- keep internal scheduling and forecasting tools fully updated
- ensure that Project Reports are being kept up to date
- plan and deliver regular Progress Meetings
- ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget
- identify risks and issues, including slippages to timelines, project overruns, and other activity that requires rescheduling
- taking mitigating action in response to risks and issues, escalating where required
Requirements
- education to Degree Level in Construction or previous experience in a similar role
- experience in the Healthcare and Construction Sector
- experience of working in Construction Management
- qualification in Construction
- strong and accomplished customer facing skills and experience
- recognised Project Management qualification , desirable but not essential
- excellent People Management skills
- experience of both NEC and JCT Forms of Contract, desirable but not essential
