Responsibility

  • blossom House is a residential care home. We are passionate about providing high quality care in a home from home environment
  • housekeeping: to perform all cleaning duties as required by our comprehensive cleaning schedule and keep records as required. This includes cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas

Requirements

  • physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids
  • compassionate and caring nature
  • team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable
  • ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • previous housekeeping / laundry experience in a residential care setting is an advantage but not essential as full training and induction will be given
