Responsibility
lead on bookings, incoming queries. Juggle all forms of communications
general administration - bookings related, tasks managed and reporting and feeding back to the directors on queries and any issues
support with the end of month Owner payment
in time team manage the department for both Guest and Owners services
supporting administration -help the directors and managers in the business
owner services - support the Owner and Guests executive with taking calls and answering enquiries from owners
complaint management for Owner and Guest support. Full support given by the team managers
guest and Owners communications: Manage the team inbox - taking calls / checking emails / Whatsapp and even some post
Requirements
A smart, professional and approachable appearance
excellent communication skills including telephone skills
organisational skills
previous experience in a telephone sales or customer services role - minimum 2 years
you will need to have previous experience in an over the phone customer services environment, preferably with holiday homes, lettings, property management or similar
customer service: 2 years
good understanding of technology and able to learn new software
