Responsibility

  • lead on bookings, incoming queries. Juggle all forms of communications
  • general administration - bookings related, tasks managed and reporting and feeding back to the directors on queries and any issues
  • support with the end of month Owner payment
  • in time team manage the department for both Guest and Owners services
  • supporting administration -help the directors and managers in the business
  • owner services - support the Owner and Guests executive with taking calls and answering enquiries from owners
  • complaint management for Owner and Guest support. Full support given by the team managers
  • guest and Owners communications: Manage the team inbox - taking calls / checking emails / Whatsapp and even some post

Requirements

  • A smart, professional and approachable appearance
  • excellent communication skills including telephone skills
  • organisational skills
  • previous experience in a telephone sales or customer services role - minimum 2 years
  • you will need to have previous experience in an over the phone customer services environment, preferably with holiday homes, lettings, property management or similar
  • customer service: 2 years
  • good understanding of technology and able to learn new software
