Requirements
- standardise Production Recipes to ensure consistent quality, ensuring all members of the team produce dishes to the criteria outlined
- implement an effective food preparation document which all kitchen staff work to
- increase profitability by ensuring best value from suppliers
- to present new menu items to the team
- all Health and Safety Documentation to be kept up to date, in accordance with the food standards agency
