Responsibility
- operate an all terrain forklift to move materials and products around the yard
- load and unload lorries
- move goods from one location to another within the yard
- load bulk bags with products using an automated bagging system and fork lift
- maintain inventory accuracy by keeping track of materials and products and reporting discrepancies
- follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- maintain the forklift and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
- assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including packaging, labeling, and shipping products
Requirements
- valid forklift certification and experience operating an all terrain forklift
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory accuracy
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
