Responsibility
- manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating smoothly
- manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and maintenance
- managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout South East London and Kent
- ensure the smooth running of your portfolio
- manage onsite staff and relevant employment related issues, ensuring Company policies, standards and procedures are adhered to
- assist in the management of all contractors
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties, including maintenance, repairs, and finances
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of property management experience
- at least 5 years of experience in property management
- previous experience in Block Management is essential
- minimum of 2-3 years of property management experience
- you will ideally have gained your qualifications such as MIRPM and/or AssocRICS
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ideally possess an AIRPM qualification
- relevant qualifications
