Responsibility

  • developing and implementing a sales strategy to identify, engage and secure net new clients to the Block client portfolio
  • ownership of the client relationship, ensuring it is nurtured both within the account and internally within Block
  • engaging at various levels within the client account to build relationships and broaden our understanding of the business needs
  • developing excellent peer relationships within each of Blocks strategic vendors ensuring an aligned approach within each client account through regular mapping
  • providing accurate forecasting with strong conversion to new business from both existing clients and new clients where possible
  • supporting Marketing in refining innovative go to market messaging and strategy
  • development of defined account plans within targeted new logo accounts which help to show how the Block portfolio can deliver against their desired outcomes
  • driving strategic account plans to a high standard and ensuring they are both visible and understood across the business
