the hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 2.30pm
the ideal person will have at least 8 years experience covering contract catering to function catering from numbers from 20-250 covers
they must be able to cook food a variety of food from home cooked, fine dining, buffets and large function catering
we have the position of head chef become available at our contract based in Risby on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds
they must have a good understanding of costings and working within a budget
this position would suit a self motivated individual with a drive for continuously improving service and food standards
they must have experience running a kitchen team and knowledge of health and hygiene regulations as well as costings, time management, COSSHH and HACCAP
the position is to run a small team at a staff restaurant which also covers a training academy and a conference facility
