Requirements
- previous experience as in the bar/hospitality/QSR industry is required
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth
- we are looking for an experienced bar manager for our new food hall, Kargo MKT in Salford Media
- knowledge of foodhalls/QSR/Bar operations, including front desk, bar, maintenance, and food
- familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
- you will work directly for the Blend Family who manage food halls across the north of England; Cutlery Works - Sheffield, The GPO Food Market and Bar - Liverpool, Kargo MKT - Salford Media City and Cambridge Street Collective - Sheffield as apart of the internal brands and management team estate that consistent of Jimmy's Burgers, Little Dough, CJ's Brunch Club, Tang Hot Pot, Twisted, Hot Chick, Chuan Chuan, Saiko, Twisted, Hot Chick and more coming soon
Responsibility
- monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary guidelines
- ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
- collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and increase occupancy rates
