Responsibility
BLAST are a global leading entertainment company running cutting edge esports programming from our studio in Copenhagen and around the world in between 5-10 arena shows a year
this role is responsible for the planning and delivery of ticketing across all BLAST arena shows, from designing sales strategies, to ticketing fulfilment & at event management
you’ll be the expert and key point of contact internally and externally for all ticketing and hospitality sales activities across BLAST. This means handling multiple events, ticketing manifests and sales plans simultaneously
fan communication- ensure that purchasing fans receive all information and communication relating to their purchase
Requirements
manage relationships between Venue & Ticketing Partners, Promoters and our audience / fan base
set up manifests, categories, prices & ticketing processes for all BLAST events, either in partnership with our production partners, or independently
work alongside the marketing and design teams to create ticketing & sales campaigns & collateral
own the end to end ticketing experience
working across the event build process on our suppliers ticketing platform including seat configurations & inventory management
single point of contact for all ticketing inquiries between the hosting venue, ticketing providers and the internal BLAST team to ensure that each event sells out providing maximum revenue
work closely with the BLAST marketing team and the individual event business unit owner for each event who will market and promote the event
support the management of access control planning and delivery across all venues
