  • attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions via call/email/WhatsApp; suggesting information about other products and services
  • opening customer accounts, booking new deliveries by recording account information
  • maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • performing high quality garment inspection to ensure customers and Atelier staff are well informed
