Responsibility
- determine training objectives by conducting an analysis of overall needs and specific skills or knowledge gaps
- manage the development of training programs and materials including outlines, content, handouts, exercises and training evaluations
- establish processes to monitor results and collect feedback on training instructors to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- assess and manage any contractors/associates utilized to deliver specialist training
- ensure that project/business milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
- undertake the planning, curriculum development, design and delivery of technical training modules at various levels, working with The Project Lead, contract partners, industry and academic partners to ensure successful delivery to time, budget and required quality assurance levels
- support the Project Lead on the evaluation of the projects, including procuring external associates/ contractors and quality assurance processes
- experience of teaching and delivering training up to and including Key Stage 3, 4 and 5
