- collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Finance Controller, and Executive Team/Board to maintain appropriate financial performance metrics
- gain a comprehensive understanding of the core business and key performance drivers to provide effective challenge and ensure target achievement
- act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, coaching them to understand the contextual insights behind financial numbers
- develop comprehensive financial models, strategic financial plans, and budget cycles while designing key performance indicators
- create insightful dashboard and business intelligence reports to support cashflow decisions and accurate forecasting
- ensure timely and accurate completion of management and financial reporting with a high degree of accuracy
- collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand business trends and present performance in the most optimal way
- drive and deliver ad hoc projects and analysis to the CFO, executive team, and the board
