Responsibility

  • lead the on-site delivery of site survey teams & complete surveying
  • lead Blacktip engineers ensuring progress is made on projects and milestones are met
  • proactively manage and report on progress, taking corrective action as required to keep project tasks, teams, and individuals on track
  • ensure adherence to Blacktip’s methodologies and standards across the programme/project to deliver existing & new products/services to required quality standards
  • resolve on-site issues, conflicts and propose workable solutions as they arise. Implement remedial actions
  • manage communication failures and implement remedial action
  • monitor on-site sub-contractor progress
  • completing ICT project documentation and understanding of technical specifications
