Responsibility

- operate as the point of contact for assigned customers

- cross-reference and confirm customer documentation, using both internal and external sources
- responsible for managing a portfolio of our client relationships
- build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and be their one point of contact with our business
- understanding and overseeing the identification of high-risk applications
Requirements
- ability to communicate clearly, both internally and externally
- have an interest in new technologies, such as payments, e-commerce and crypto
- ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
- proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- experience tracking relevant KPIs
- excellent communication skills
- strong time-management and project prioritisation skills
