  • deputise for the Head of Audiences, Marketing and Sales as required
  • manage the marketing campaign team to agreed key performance indicators set by Head of Audiences, Sales and Marketing
  • negotiating with producers and promoters for the benefit of Blackpool Grand Theatre
  • working with the Head of Audiences, Sales and Marketing and Sales and Customer Engagement Manager on revenue management opportunities to include targeted offers and discount process
