  • maintain an overview of activity in the club and in particular monitor VIP areas
  • manage the behaviour of all customers, including monitoring potential troublemakers
  • respond and be able to defuse potentially violent situations
  • ensure all customers are of legal age to be in the club
  • guard against and report any criminal activity that is taking place within the club, effectively enforcing the law
