Responsibility
- place phone calls/send emails to potential clients from our CRM System
- perform script to ensure consistency of sales programme
- answer potential clients’ questions about custom branded uniforms and products
- ensure all social leads are followed up in a timely manner
- maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
- responsible for the ongoing management of our CRM system to ensure customer details are kept accurate and up-to-date
- train other telemarketers when required
- communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
Requirements
- GCSEs or equivalent required
- minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
- CRM System Knowledge Essential
- hubSpot Knowledge preferable
- excellent phone manner and articulation
- results-driven and enthusiastic
- ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
- 2+ years’ experience telemarketing a plus
