Responsibility
- assist with lettings enquiries, booking & conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- discuss offers with landlord/manager and negotiate with tenants where necessary
- oversee the check in & check out process
- conduct regular property inspections
- to ensure tenancies are renewed as often as possible to aid with landlord security and income generation for the business
- to support all colleagues in other functions where requested
- to feedback on company processes for the purposes of continuous improvement within the company
- to ensure the continued high quality of properties under management by ensuring all maintenance pre-tenancy and mid-tenancy is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner with all stakeholders updated regularly throughout the process
