Requirements

  • proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
  • proficient in using accounting software QuickBooks
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • accounting: 1 year
