the role will be providing dedicated holiday cover across both functions
based in our Head office the successful candidate will assist our Sales Coordinator in ensuring our customer agreements are validated and entered into our internal database, while also supporting the Office Administrator in all aspects of the running of the office such as arranging meeting rooms and ordering office supplies
monitor supplies for the Board Room make sure all glasses and cups are there
distribution of mail
signing and activating customer agreements
reviewing agreements and following up with Managers
monitor stationery and order supplies
