Responsibility
- as General Manager/AGM you will be responsible for
- managing and motivating your team of around 30 employees
- ensuring all company brand standards are maintained
- creating a positive working environment which encourages the whole team to achieve excellence and beating guest expectations
- we are currently looking to recruit a General Manager/AGM at Bistro Franc, to be charge of the day to day operation of the restaurant
- be responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure that all requirements are met in relation to Health and Food Safety
- ensure that all administrative requirements are completed in line with company policy including banking, stock management employee records and Health and Safety documentation and to be responsible for company monies
